No, our rugs do not come with underlay

We offer and can customize our rugs into several sizes, shapes, design and color. Except for few designs which might have gone extinct due to factors beyond our control.
We do not deliver; however, we will liaise with a delivery company who will deliver to you with a cost. Cost of delivery will be determined with your delivery address.
Our Return/Exchange policy is within 24hrs after purchase. The item must be unused and in its original condition as packaged. You can get a full refund or make an exchange. To return or exchange, kindly give us a call, or visit our showroom.
Our bespoke designs are priced individually. We produce bespoke design via our program known as “Paper to Floor” We accept art works given to us for a rug creation and this remains private between our customer and Bonne Affair Rugs. We will not reproduce designs without or client’s authorization, agreed percentage deposit and time frame at https://bonneaffairng.com To get a quote, please visit our showroom or send a request with your design or artwork and your choice of material.
Unfortunately, we do not release rugs to customers before payment, therefore this request isn’t granted.
